FisherCast Division for precision zinc and magnesium die cast components
Our FisherCast Division produces millions of flash-free, net shape, high-precision zinc and magnesium components. Employing high performance alloys, our unique high speed, hot chamber die casting process outperforms conventional methods. Our net shape magnesium components are replacing aluminum components in many applications as they require no-post processing, the cost is reduced, and weight is 33% less. They are also replacing plastic components in elevated temperature environments.
FisherTech Division for innovative component assembly systems
Our FisherTech Division specializes in helping manufacturers develop small component assembly solutions with our innovative Injected Metal Assembly (IMA™) process. It produces strong, accurate and economical assemblies with precise part-to-part consistency, achieving valuable production improvements and cost reductions.
