Re: Change of name from “FisherCast Limited” to “Dynacast Ltd.”
As you are already aware the Dynacast organization purchased FisherCast in August 2008 through an asset purchase agreement. The acquisition has been very successful.
In order to fully complete the transition, “FisherCast Limited” will be changing its name to “Dynacast Ltd.” on or about July 22nd. The name change will help to more fully integrate the company into the Dynacast organization. Please modify your records accordingly.
The company will continue to own, support and promote the “Fishertech”, “IMA” and “FisherCast” brand names and the product lines they represent. For more information refer to: www.dynacast.com or www.fishercast.com or www.fishertech.com.

New Choices for Spare Parts Delivery
During September 2009 we launched a customer survey to a representative sample of our North American customers. In the survey, we asked about ways we could improve our service to you. We listened to your answers and have used your input to help us identify needed changes.
Issue #1–You asked for faster, more efficient service when ordering spare parts
To provide our North American customers with faster, more efficient delivery, we have expanded our services for providing spare parts inventory. We are now partnering with Innovative Machine Applications (IMA) (http://ima-parts.com) to maintain inventory and delivery services for both Techmire and Fishertech spare parts. IMA is fully equipped to provide you with fast delivery of spare parts and excellent customer service. Beginning immediately, our North American customers can now contact IMA to order spare parts. Of course, your staff is still welcome to contact Techmire and Fishertech customer service personnel directly for assistance in diagnosing their machine problems.

Because of their close proximity to the Techmire and Fishertech facilities, we will generally continue to expedite service to our Canadian customers through the main Techmire and Fishertech locations. However, customers in Canada and Mexico can also use IMA as an alternative delivery source.
Issue #2 – You asked us to look for ways to lower the cost of spare parts
Because customers listed the cost of spare parts as a main concern on the customer survey, we are currently looking at numerous cost saving opportunities to help us address the cost of spare parts. We will keep you updated as we make progress on this initiative.
